Povidone Iodine can penetrate the cell wall of micro-organisms quickly

Have a lethal effect on microorganism

Have antimicrobial efficacy of iodophors demonstrates that iodophors are bactericidal, mycobactericidal, and Virucidal.

With prolonged contact time effective on selective fungi & bacterial spores
